Connect the SMS-info service and receive
SMS on movement of funds concerning Your card.

We send notifications on:
  • SMS-info service has been connected;
  • money has been accrued to Your card;
  • amount of cash withdrawn by You;
  • the amount of money You spent using the card;
  • all unsuccessful operations;
  • the card’s validity period ends – by 2 weeks and by 1 day.
How to connect SMS-info
Variant 1

Come to branch, tell the card number and the telephone number to which you want to receive SMS.

.In 1 minute receive SMS stating we connected You to the SMS-info service.

Variant 2

Call the contact center 0 800 30 70 10, tell the card number and the telephone number to which you want to receive SMS.

How to refuse from receipt of notifications

Press “Unsubscribe” in the chat window BANKVOSTOK of Viber application. User BANKVOSTOK shall be included to the list of blocked sending numbers (in compliance with the requirements of Viber technologies)

How to restore receipt of notifications

Delete the sender BANKVOSTOK from the blocked numbers list of Viber application. To do that:
- open the main menu of Viber application;
- go to the section “Settings”;
- choose “Confidentiality”;
- go to the menu section “Blocked numbers”;
- find the user BANKVOSTOK in the list of numbers and choose the option “Unblock”.

Important!
  • All Bank’s notifications come to Viber exclusively on behalf of BANKVOSTOK with a mark of a verified sender.
  • Bank employees never send notifications and do not call a client from an unknown number with the purpose of receipt of confidential information on the card and other personal data.
