The bank received 8 million USD by 2028 from the World Business Capital financial company.

The loan is guaranteed by the US government organization OPIC, that supports US private business investment abroad. The purpose of the loan is supporting companies where women are the owners or management personnel.

For financing in Ukraine, OPIC selects banks that can meet the strict criteria of the organization. Bank Vostok has become a participant in such a project not for the first time; in 2018, the bank has already received a 10-year loan for investments into small and medium-sized businesses development.
