Conditions

Recipients of compensation

Existing legal entities and self-employed persons firmswhose main activity is the supply of agricultural goods produced by them using their own or leased fixed assets, provided that the share of such agricultural goods value is at least 75% of the value of all goods delivered by such legal entities and self-employed persons during the previous 12 consecutive reporting tax periods in aggregate

Newly-formed agricultural producers, engaged in business activities for less than 12 calendar months - based on the results of each separate reporting period
Important condition

The list of machinery and equipment, the cost of which is partially offset by budgetary funds, is compiled by the Ministry of Economy and is posted on the official website of this government body
Compensation objects

Domestic machinery and equipment for agro-industrial complex, purchased from domestic producers and/or their dealers
Compensation amount

25% of the machinery and equipment cost (excluding VAT). During the budget year, one producer of agricultural products may receive state support in the amount of not more than 10 thousand minimum wages, set for January 1 of the year (as of January 1, 24 - not more than UAH 71,000,000.00).

Criteria for the compensation recipient

The borrower has no bankruptcy pending proceedings and/or he has not been declared bankrupt and/or he is not in the process of liquidation

The borrower does not have, on the first day of the month in which the decision to make payments will be made, overdue payments for more than six months, the control of which is entrusted to the State Tax Service

Not included in the list of legal entities or individuals subject to special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) by the relevant decisions of the National Security and Defense Council enacted by the Decree of the President of Ukraine on the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Sanctions»
