International money transfer system "Welsend"

PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY VOSTOK BANK is a direct participant of the international payment system Welsend.

"Welsend" system is an international money transfer system created by JSB "UKRGASBANK", which allows to make transfers quickly, reliably and profitably both within Ukraine and abroad. You can send or receive transfers in the "Welsend" System in three currencies: UAH, USD and EUR. Fee for transferring funds through the "Welsend" System is paid by the sender, the amount of which depends on the amount and direction of the transfer.

* It is prohibited to carry out transactions via rapid international money transfer systems outside Ukraine by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU)

Welsend cooperates with the international payment system IntelExpress. Sending and paying out transfers can take place with the participation of both systems.

  • Sending a cross-border transfer to a payment card with conversion of foreign currency (USD, EUR) into UAH at the most favorable rate for the customer.
  • Sending a transfer within Ukraine in UAH with payment out in cash.
  • Extensive network - more than 3000 service points in Ukraine.
  • Favorable tariffs for customers.
  • For regular customers of the "Welsend" System, it is possible to reduce the amount of the fee at the expense of the "Client Card", which the sender receives when accumulating the corresponding amount of sent transfers in UAH within Ukraine or when sending a transfer in UAH within Ukraine for a significant amount.

"Client Card" has the following discounts upon reaching a certain amount:
from UAH 10 000 - 0,05%;
from UAH 100 000 - 0.1%;
from UAH 500 000 - 0.2%.

Card is not a means of payment for initiating a Transfer and is valid only on the territory of Ukraine

How to send
transfer

Come to Vostok Bank with a passport and say that you want to send money through Welsend

Inform about the availability of a customer card, if you have any

Inform the officer of the amount, currency and purpose of the transfer, country, full name of the recipient and the recipient's payment card number (if the transfer is to be credited to a payment card)

Pay the fee for the transfer. Transfer is ready for online payment immediately after sending

Inform the recipient of the transfer control number.
If two systems are involved in the transfer, the transfer is assigned 2 numbers, one of which belongs to Welsend, the other to IntelExpress

Fee for sending a transfer is paid by the sender of the transfer and depends on the amount and direction of the transfer, calculate the fee

How to receive
transfer

Come to Vostok Bank with a passport and say that you want to receive a PrivatMoney transfer

02

Inform the employee of the amount, currency and purpose of the transfer, sender's name and control number.

03

If everything is correct, sign an application for a transfer issued by the operator and receive your transfer free of charge

How to resolve dispute with Welsend

01

Submit a claim to the agent or direct participant. Financial claims of clients (residents or non-residents) are considered by the agent or direct participant

If necessary, provide the agent or direct participant with the necessary evidence

03

Disputes between participants and/or users do not affect the transfer of funds

04

Dispute resolution period shall be determined by the agent or direct participant in accordance with the approved internal documents

05

Agents or direct participants who have received a claim are obliged to satisfy your reasonable claims
