International money transfer system "Welsend"

Welsend cooperates with the international payment system IntelExpress. Sending and paying out transfers can be performed using both systems.

Apply for a regular customer card at the Bank's branches and send transfers in UAH at a discount. The card is not a bank payment card, but only stores information about a regular customer. Money transfer services are provided without opening an account; Transfers of funds from/to the user's account, including using payment instruments in USD, EUR and UAH.

Carrying out operations with fast international money transfer systems outside Ukraine is prohibited by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine

How to send money

To come to Vostok Bank with a passport and say that you want to send money through Weslend.

Inform the bank official about the amount, currency and purpose of the transfer, the country, the full name of the recipient.

03

Pay a bank fee for the transfer.

04

Inform the recipient of the control number of the transfer.

How to receive a transfer

To come to Vostok Bank with a passport and say that you want to receive Weslend transfer.

Inform the bank official about the control number, amount, currency and purpose of the transfer and the name of the sender.

03

If everything is correct, receive your transfer free of charge.

How to resolve a dispute with Welsend

01

File a claim with the agent or subagent. Financial claims of clients (residents or non-residents) are considered by an agent or subagent

If necessary, provide the agent or subagent with the necessary proof.

Disputes between participants and/or users do not affect the transfer of funds

04

The dispute resolution period is determined by the agent or subagent according to the approved internal documents

05

Agents or subagents who receive a claim are required to meet your reasonable requirements.
